I had been looking for a plumbing service to fix my friend's hot water system, as I was renting his apartment while he was away and the hot water had turned yellow!!! I called Proximity Plumbing and explained the situation. Their customer service was seamless, and the price was very competitive. Turnaround was very quick. James W and James C were professional, friendly, and efficient. They left everything spotless, answered all my questions, and were also very kind to my two needy dogs 😂

Shout out to Proximity team and Darcy who sorted our water heater issue professionally and quickly. We have used them often over the years and they’ve always been courteous, cost conscious and helpful. We debated ringing on Saturday afternoon but they sent a team member within a couple hours to diagnose the issue and said they’d do their best to replace the system early this week. Later Saturday they confirmed Monday morning and Darcy was on time at 7am, and finished by mid morning. Awesome! Recommend the Proximity team!

Luke and Tommy did a fantastic job to replace my old vanity and Mirror and installed mixing tape. They are very polite and even keep my bathroom so clean after their work. It was very good experience to work with Proximity team members. Communication with the team is very effective and easy as well. I am strong recommend to others if you need plumbing jobs done.
